none.The company is disfunctionable.the owner is out of touch.
Cons
no communication.upper management is out of control and not in touch with reality.its like signing up to be in a cult.take my advise and dont drink the cool-aid.
Advice to Senior Management
get your head out of the clouds.This is not the right place to work if you care about your customers.
