Not sure how sustainable the business will remain. But management has been trying to make changes that will hopefully improve our product.

I have been working at Ask.com full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great, smart people to work with. Enjoyable, committed workplace (both intense and laid-back). Nice benefits, including flexible working arrangements and time off.

    Cons

Would like more structured or formal methods of sharing ideas that are noncompetitive (i.e., not hackathons). Salaries are on the low side.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to ideas from all. Continue to look for ways to innovate and lead, creating new products for new users and markets.
