I have been working at Aspen Heights
Pros – AH is comprised of extremely dynamic, innovative, values focused team members who are very much to being the best of the best. If you are interested in working with an organization that believes in empowering their employees, are comfortable working in an environment with high expectations while providing support, encouragement, and tons of nurturing ... Aspen Heights is your place!
Cons – If you need structure and constant hand holding, this place is not for you.
Advice to Senior Management – Amazing to me that such a young group of leaders have figured out what most professionals spend their lives trying to master. I am in constant awe of your abilities, your intelligence, your sense of humor and innovation. Well done.
