Pros

International Exposure, Subject matter training

Cons

No growth in the company. Cant change job profile easily. Compensation & Benefits worst in the market as compared to comparable companies.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be partial. And to have focus of Service team.

    Pros

    Great products, very knowledgeable and well trained employee base

    Cons

    Management team does not look out for the employee. It's a mall company that wants to act like a large company

    I have been working at AspenTech full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Talented group of product developers who are driven to produce best of breed products in the industry

    Cons

    Do not try to being your expereince because it has no role
    No collaboration
    All decisions and direction is driven from the top
    If you want your career to become stagnant then join the rank and file
    IT lead does not care about the end users

    Does it really matter? Nope
