Pros

Excellent career development plan, employee focused, flexible working, autonomous working environment. Most commission orientated jobs can feel isolating and recruitment company environments are notoriously competitive places to work, but it feels that you are part of a family, and a team working towards a goal which will benefit all.

Cons

Fairly new to the market in Asia so need more people to achieve the growth they are aiming at. Have high standards and high expectations of their staff.

    great work atmosphere. full of really great people and not a hint of a cut-throat culture, though all employees know how to play hard ball when needed.

    I have been working at Aspire full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great benefits, excellent training and management, overall very supportive of staff

    Cons

    Can be a little too KPI driven at times with people focusing more on activity rather than quality of output.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Really listen to people's motivations/interests to ensure you are placing them in the right team and give more opportunities to move into other specialisms.
