I worked at Associated Materials full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Competitive salary, career advancement, nationwide, Mon-Fri workweek .

Cons

Long Work day 12 hours, constantly making changes in corporate office, past 2 years micromanage

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management at corporate office is truly disconnected to what actually takes places out in the field; they seem to manage the company strictly as a finance company and not a product and service company. R & I with new products has been minimal of the past several years given the edge to the competition.
