I have been working at Associated Regional and University Pathologists full-time for more than 3 years

ProsEmployees can elect to NOT to pay Social Security (6.1%). That is an automatic 6.1% raise that you can put towards your 401k or take home.
Great profit sharing and pension plan
All medical benefits are great and at very low cost. $160 per month for a family of 4
Campus is big and near the University of Utah.
The It department is well organized and the software they are creating is top of the line

ConsThe salary is not top of the market (due to the good benefits)
Very small chance of moving up.

Advice to Senior ManagementDo not be afraid to let go of people that have a record of obstructing progress and are bad programmers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

ARUP Culture Eliminated with New Administration

Pros: Not much any more. Wellness center Family Health Clinic Cons: Building up the top and cutting the bottom. No longer respects employees. Works around law to play favorites. Not honest with employees… Advice to Senior Management: Compare before and after variables (Kjeldsberg vs. Ashwood). Share employee satisfaction survey results with… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
