    not many that come into my mind

    I've worked here for more than 3 years and witnessed the downfall of its management and performance. They used to give employee stock and share, but those thing become frivolous now. Bonus and Salary hike are the jokes. They cut the vacation, and force you to take vacation so they can stop vacation cash-out to save money, no decent computer to work with, no training, if you're an IT person and not so busy with your project, they will ask you to do anything including changing light bulbs, fixing leaking roof.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop being so selfish,greedy and needy, most of you have stayed there over 20 years, that's long enough and make enough money. It's time to pay your employees what they deserve, gotta treat employees as employees, not your IT slaves.
