Pros

Standard process has been followed in projects

Cons

Not much growth after a period of time. Company has good resources but not utilizing them properly.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Has to take risk and get more opportunities. Not sure whether the senior management knows about the caliber of the resources they have.

Former Employee - Human Resources Manager in Cochin (India)

I worked at Assyst full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

systems and process are in place., laid back management style, not much work pressure, CMMI level three certification

    Cons

in-spite of a corporate structure, it is still very much a family owned and controlled firm. cannot expect real recognition in terms of performance/ rewards. The firm has been around since 1993, but not much growth seen. The organisation is still not perceived as an established player in business circles

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

needs to be aggressive.. and formulate and implement concrete & realistic business plan to take the organisation to the next level. Top Management commitment needs to improve in areas of Core HR practices and employee engagement initiatives

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
