Current Employee – been working at Astra Tech

Pros – The benefits are great and amount of vacation is adequate. Most of the people are really great to work with on a daily basis. Some departments offer opportunities for growth.

Cons – Not all departments have room for advancement. The global headquarters are in Sweden and their office closes for several weeks during the summer and winter holidays.

Advice to Senior Management – Offer more training to your employees - sales, staff and managers. You have many talented people that are constantly overlooked. Stop and take notice before they start to disappear.
