Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give us some credit...we see how R&D and PSA are the FAVORITE CHILD of the company -other dont matter and are the first to go when the drug arent approved or sale

    Pros

    This is a big pharma company that focuses on quality of life. There is a great deal of focus on delivery.

    Cons

    Pharma in general is now feeling a pinch in business. Expectations have increased and numbers are being met but the overall quality of the pipeline has not improved much.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The senior management team is doing a good job with the business. Keep being creative with partnerships and in-licensing.

    Opportunities for career advancement are very scarce once you get to the third exempt level (level G)

    They have to confer more credibility to people who works in the floor and who knows the way jobs is done or have to be done.
