--many managers ignore the ridiculous ideas of the brand team
--good products for the most part

Cons

--excessively secretive towards sales force
--poor communcation between marketing-compliance-management-field sales
--much is promised regarding an emhasis on ethical behavior, yet little or nothing is done when multiple complaints are made from multiple persons regarding managements behavior
--sales meetings are long and unproductive
--sales force is poorly educated on products compared with competitors
