I have been working at Astreya Partners full-time

    Pros

Astreya has a foothold in some of the top technical companies in silicon valley. The situation provides a challenging work environment and a good opportunity to test your cultural fit while allowing some flexibility for change.

    Cons

Astreya has recently hired (too) many new executive team members in the hopes of evolving from a staffing company to a managed service provider. The increased executive "fluff" and lack of action caused by adding management vs free (sleeves rolled) professionals seems to be irritating some clients.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
