    Pros

Clean, quiet place. Friendly co workers. Mostly sit down jobs. Quartly gain share bonuses help offset their wages.

    Cons

Hardly any training. Low pay. Only 4 Holidays are provided. Start as temp, and hard to get hired on fulltime.

    Advice to Management

Provide some sort of training, and the pay really needs to be improved.

    Pros

Great Benefits and great location. Company is very stable and making tons of money. Some good people working there and they like to have fun.

    Cons

Extremely stressful environment. If you're not moving up, then you're moving out. They talk like they will be the next "Apple", but it's just insurance. Maybe a good place to work if you're young and don't have a family. You have to walk around and puff your chest out, or else you'll be seen as underperforming.

    Advice to Management

Take time and c0nisider your actions before firing people for what you deem as unacceptable performance.
