“Not Much Training Provided”
Former Employee – worked at Asurion
Pros – Clean, quiet place. Friendly co workers. Mostly sit down jobs. Quartly gain share bonuses help offset their wages.
Cons – Hardly any training. Low pay. Only 4 Holidays are provided. Start as temp, and hard to get hired on fulltime.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide some sort of training, and the pay really needs to be improved.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
