Pay, culture, challenging, fast-paced, growth-oriented and rewarding work environment.

Cons

Rapid change. Their vendor that manages medication benefits is not good.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review your vendor relations. Manage change more carefully (so valuable contributors don't become colateral damage).

    Senior management gets paid big money while most everyone else is below average
    Bonuses are unfairly distributed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Invest in your employees. And don't insult us by giving us $25 gift cards as a reward for saving you a million dollars. Worst place ever for IT professionals.
