I have been working at Asurion full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Lifestyle in Nashville is relaxed and cost of living is very manageable. The company is growing and has made very few missteps.

    Cons

The IT Department is dysfunctional. There have been endless reorganizations and a constant parade of new managers. There is a lack of vision and virtually no possibility of upward mobility.
