Huge company, good experience

Former Employee - Intern
Former Employee - Intern

I worked at Atlas Copco part-time

Pros

Very good company to work for, they have their hands in business all over the world.

Cons

There can be communication issues between mid-management and executive management. Regional issues. But, nevertheless, nothing terrible.

Advice to Management

Good company to work for, I would go back potentially.

    Cons

Quite greedy management Good starting salary, but increases very slowly Hard to get the big picture on long term strategy Promises for personal growth are not always kept A lot of discussion needed to move forward in projects

    Advice to Management

Create a better incentive culture rewarding people that really put in an effort For the rest keep up things as they are going. Great international company.
