Pros

The company has a strong culture and dedicated employees. Good career opportunities and transparent internal recruiting process. Decentralized structure with good possibilities of getting ownership and responsibility. Very good CEO and strong growth in the company. Good work/life balance and good opportunities to work abroad.

Cons

There is no clear career ladder. Slow recruiting process and pretty slow processes overall. Does not pay the best salaries.

I worked at Atlas Copco part-time

    Pros

Very good company to work for, they have their hands in business all over the world.

    Cons

There can be communication issues between mid-management and executive management. Regional issues. But, nevertheless, nothing terrible.

    Advice to Management

Good company to work for, I would go back potentially.

  2. Very decentralized company with good atmosphere where personal performance is the key to success.

    - Entrepreneurially driven company where personal drive and performance is the thing that matters
    - Very diverse group of employees, in terms of gender and origin (at least at HQ in Stockholm)
    - Good internal mobility opportunities. Good for anyone who wants to work abroad from their home country.

    Cons

    - Hard to get a feel for what the company really produce (When working at HQ)
    - Salaries are standard for industrial companies (relatively low)

    Advice to Management

Well done! Make sure to continue giving opportunities to entrepreneurial people!
