nice people, work benefits such as holidays and parental leaves, job security

Cons

super engineering oriented, no design thinking approach, slow pace, no creative work, no appreciation for design,factory work hours

    Poor salary, Culture, Invalid HR division, some manager's are pathetic,

    Very good company to work for, they have their hands in business all over the world.

    Cons

    There can be communication issues between mid-management and executive management. Regional issues. But, nevertheless, nothing terrible.

    Good company to work for, I would go back potentially.
