    Pros

    The company has a strong culture and dedicated employees. Good career opportunities and transparent internal recruiting process. Decentralized structure with good possibilities of getting ownership and responsibility. Very good CEO and strong growth in the company. Good work/life balance and good opportunities to work abroad.

    Cons

    There is no clear career ladder. Slow recruiting process and pretty slow processes overall. Does not pay the best salaries.

    nice people, work benefits such as holidays and parental leaves, job security

    super engineering oriented, no design thinking approach, slow pace, no creative work, no appreciation for design,factory work hours
