“What a see what happens”
I have been working at Atmel
Pros – If you find the right person to work with, you can learn additional perks to performance
Cons – No training or supportive documents available for job
No communication from management
Always waits until its an issue before beginning resolution
Advice to Senior Management – With the movement of jobs to Malaysia, how will the US economy recover. Investing in automation, upgrades and effeciency could help reduce overhead cost. Steve Laub is driving a $500K car, how does that make the employees feel with lay offs. Some one is thinking of the overall good of the company
