Pros – Good package and salarie, low workload
Relax working style, felxile working hours
friendly colleagus and good working environment
suitable for fresh graduated from schools

Cons – poor management
very stressful especialy during peak season
reduce headcounts but increasing workload
not easy to get promotion chance
bad communcations between staffs and senior management

Advice to Senior Management – listen to staff comments, be fair and be reasonable
pay less to senior management, fire useless guys
hire more people to work instead of just taking money
concentrate to work on mcu product rather than doing financial stock tradings
