Pros

Stock gains over the last 9 months have been very good

Cons

Stock price is based on growth opportunities for touch technology which will likely peak within 18-24 months. There's no technology vision beyond the short term growth potential.

Advice to Management

Take care of your employees first , they will then take care of your shareholders and return value

    Pros

People and the working environment are generally friendly. Company is heading the right direction to focus on its core technologies.

    Cons

There is no formal or informal training and performance development of staff. Management do not communicate issues and significant events on time.

Procedures and controls need to be improved and enforced.

Some management promotions seem to have happened due to the relationships they established with senior management, depsit their lack of ability, experience and commitment to hard work.

    Advice to Management

Performance reviews and promotion creteria need to be defined. Promotion should be transparent.

Invest in staff training and development.

CEO should not micor-manage, and does not need to get involved with the hiring and performance reviews of everyone.
