Atos Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Atos full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – "Well being at work" is a great initiative

Cons – unflexible management - to set in his way; not open to news ideas and innovation!

Advice to Senior Management – Department bosses needs to be change more often - i would propose every at the most 5 or 10 years.
