Can't come up with any right now

    Cons

Impossible to talk to anyone in management or Human Resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't get back to applicants. Rude behavior is a poor reflection personally and professionally. Why would a person want to work for your company with the way to treat applicants??

Former Employee - Life Guidance Program Director in Carrollton, TX

I worked at Atria Senior Living full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

They initially took pride in treating employees and residents well.

    Cons

They no longer put residents and employees first. They are quick to dismiss anyone for any reason.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Require the "Regional Support" to support. Now, they just come out a few times a year, offer no support and often advise the directors to make ridiculous changes. After the suggested changes are made, the next support person comes out, they reprimand the director about the changes! It's impossible.
