Pros – Strong Management Team, very innovative. This can be good......
Cons – Strong Management Team, very innovative. Or this can be Bad.
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more attention on communication, when people are forced to imagine situations things can get out of hand.
Get more hands on, drive execution.
That being said keep doing what you are doing.
