I have been working at Audax Health

    Pros

The team structure gives everyone ownership of their work and accountability to produce. Highly interactive environment, plenty of team-building activities, great pay and benefits, furnished with great computers and tools needed to execute effectively. Very flexible, clearly care about the employees.

    Cons

Not for people that want to clock in and clock out - requires creativity to solve problems and work in tight deadlines, so the interview process is half about testing how you can handle pressure and improvise solutions on the fly.
