I worked at Audi as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Low stress level, diverse range of employees, and benefits were better than the market average. Includes annual leave even for interns!

Cons

Approval process tended to be rigid and inflexible. All decisions had to be endorsed by a few key staff, which reduced efficiency. Probably could look into decentralisation.

    I have been working at Audi

    Pros

    Worldwide recongised company who have dealerships across the uk, Audi provied good training, in excellent facillitys. Staff are well looked after in my dealership.

    Cons

    The salary could be more awarding for the knowledge and skills provided by staff. Master Technicians should have a higher salary due to the size and profits of the company, after-all the master technicians know more about the product (AUDI) then anyone else in the dealership, but can take less pay then salesmen and service advisors in some situations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If i was a manger at Audi UK i would pay more attention to the technicians and make them the most valueable member of staff as they do in Germany.
