Pros

Good psychiatric staff and some caring leadership (all social workers no doctors in key administration)

Cons

Hard to generate income. Too little time with patients.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cut overhead so rvu payments go up to physician or shift to core salary with incentives

    big company with many employees

    Cons

    no coordination of care between specialties when asking for consultations even though everyone uses the same EHR..there is no reason for lack of documentation when referring a patient

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    leadership lacking...intervene earlier..need to know what is going on in your departments..you are paid handsomely to do your jobs..resulting in decreasing RVU to docs...and doc dissatisfaction.. At least review charts to.adhere to standard of care..you need to talk directly to your employees not to ancillary staff..
