Pros

The class sizes are small enough to be able to interact with classmates and the teachers. The teachers are friendly and they are always willing to help, no matter the problem. Amazing fun and great environment.

Cons

I cant think of anything at the moment.

I have been working at Aurora University

    Pros

Staff is usually very friendly, hours are flexible to your class schedule, and work can range from mind-numbingly simple (sortig mail) to more challenging (acting as a secretary or ambassador for the university).

    Cons

You're frozen at minimum wage, regardless of the number of years or hours you put in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The President of the University needs to shift her focus from growth to internal improvements. It's difficult to sell a nonexistent campus life.

I have been working at Aurora University full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Nice location is western suburbs
    Great student base

    Cons

University is always in a state of flux. Organizational change and restructuring happens on a major level every 8 to 10 months.
Pay is much less that public universities.
Parking is a nightmare. No preference for faculty.
