A variety of experiences.

Substitute Teacher (Former Employee)
Austin, TX

ProsSome of the schools are great to sub at and they truly support their staff and subs. Teachers are always good about leaving lesson plans.

ConsAs a sub, you make very little money. Also, almost every school is different in what they expect from their subs and the support they give them. I was at multiple schools where I called the office to take a student out of the classroom for discipline issues, and no one ever came.
