Very fluid walls across departments for employees with right skills, therefore leading to immense opportunities. A healthy yet competitive environment rewarding the best people. Very employee friendly - the best place to be in

I have been working at Australia and New Zealand Banking full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work, but there are some big holes in people policies. Disciplined work culture.

    Cons

Gaping holes in people policies which affect the employees most - performance appraisal is a big hoax. Your line manager decides rating without taking feedback from anybody. Goal setting done in the beginning of the year is again a big hoax. People get surprises and shocks in the year end.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Earlier, the 2nd level leadership team iused to be hardly visible to employees. But that's changing slowly, which is good.
