Pros

The pay and benefits are excellent. They even have a pension plan in addition to the 401k.

Cons

In the sales environment there is a disconnect between the district offices and the headquarters.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees.

    Pros

Job security, they don't fire anyone if they are afraid of a lawsuit.
Pension if you can stand to stay there long enough.

    Cons

Treat employees very poorly. Managers and above have all power.
Every manager fights with the others, no collaboration, no support. There is NO teamwork.
    Bullies rule and are promoted.

They have no idea what Project Management is, or resource management or performance based reviews.

Good people come and go, and management doesn't care.

    Advice to Management

Value your employees, or you will end up with only tenured employees who will retire.
This will leave the company without experience and completely out of date for the new work force.

    Pros

Pay was decent when i started awhile back, pay rate has decreased since. but there are benefits and bonuses that you may qualify for so as long as you do what you are told and do it exactly. you will work for that almighty dollar.

    Cons

pay is not what it should be for the amount of work that is given. dont expect them to care or pat you on your back. just do your job and be glad in this economy that you hve one, thats all.

    Advice to Management

care for us all. more available time off. accept medical notes. increase pay. better communication.
