I have been working at Auto Club of Southern California full-time

    Pros

Stable company. You know where your next paycheck is coming from, and it's very easy to stay up to date on work. My manager makes it easy to get work done.

    Cons

Stable company. It's a shadow of it's former self, and perpetually behind in technology. Getting the wrong manager will make your life painful. Overall, the company is constipated with too many inept middle managers that have been at the Club their entire career and have floated up to their point of incompetence.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Embrace technology in a serious way, and offer and early retirement program for about 1/3 of the workforce.

I worked at Auto Club of Southern California full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Stability of company and benefits make employer attractive and competitive in the market. Location is also good and decent pay

    Cons

Culture needs adjustment many unreasonable policies, creativity often dismissed because company has been doing it the same way for ever.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Less corporate more humanity. Embrace change and consider revising unreasonable policies in place that stifle innovation and costs the company more money.
