I have been working at AutoNation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Corporate entity which is rare for car business. Customer 1st process sets them apart from most dealers. Competitive pay structure.

    Cons

Processes not implemented evenly at all dealerships. Experience can vary widely between dealerships. Can be a little too corporate at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Streamline processes between dealerships. Ensure pay structure and bonuses are being implemented evenly at each dealership. Put more focus into employee satisfaction which will translate into higher customer satisfaction.
