Great team, wonderful people, would definitely recommend to anyone in the auto industry

    Pros

    I worked for a great Team... Our Market was always #1.

    Cons

    Worked 70 hrs a week. Always on call. No real respect for personal time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Texas is a completely different market. Wish Corporate was able to see that. Seemed that no matter how good you were it wasn't good enough.

    They deliver what they promise regarding salaries and benefits

    Cons

    There is not a real career advancement policy, the people in management could have a better training regarding dealing with subordinates.

    Invest in a better training to your managers and supervisors, leading them to acquire good skills dealing with people
