Current Employee – been working at AutoTrader
Pros – part of a young and growing industry, great value proposition to customers, good compensation and benefits, gives back to community
Cons – lots of organizational changes, pain of rapid growth, automotive sector in general is slow now
Advice to Senior Management – collaborate more
