Pros

decent pay/bonus opportunities, something challenging is always happening

Cons

Clueless IT Management, public brown-nosing ....,culture of blame whenever a system being kept going with duct-tape finally goes kaput after refusing to spend money to do necessary upgrades

Advice to Management

Hire Managers with Technical skills, not who's best at hot air/brown-nosing etc, spend money on replacing ancient systems/technologies !

    Pros

    excellent management, fun nice people

    Cons

very little room for advancement. if you do manage to get a promotion to a grey shirt, its only about $1 extra per hour

    Advice to Management

allow employees more room for additional income. i average 800 dollars/day in deliveries. surely you can afford to pay me better than 9/hr

  2. They offer the world, but don't deliver.

    Pros

    Great hours, employees are nice

    Cons

Strange shifts(open on day, close the next, and vise versa) redshirts do all the work, they say they will make you a PSM in a month, six months later still waiting. Pay sucks for the work the redshirts do.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees more, especially the red shirts, they are the ones actually making you money.
