Not thought of as a place to grow a career. Very rigid--very little teamwork. Communciations is spotty, contradictory, confusing, inaccurate, incomplete. Very few individuals with more than a high school education, even in Senior Management positions. Very weak in showing employees that they are cared about by the company.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a look at the managers making hiring decisions and also the hiring process. Very out of date. Also look at Managers who have been put in positions of high responsibility with no prior experience.
