    Pros

    - Major change in strategy laid out clearly.
    - Great pay and stock plan.
    - Vacation and other benefits are so-so but ok.
    - Global reach and usually get to work with very smart people.

    Cons

    - Disastrous execution of reorg.
    - Good growth (>50%) products getting sidelined due to VP's pet project.
    - Weak middle management that does not question upper management decisions or edicts.
    - Very very political. Cannot be honest.
    - Fringe benefits are gone. No more dogs in most offices. No drinks or snacks.
    - Travel is a pain.

The company tries to do the right thing but is rather dysfunctional.

    Pros

Nice headquarters. Largely cool people but you run across quite a few "it's not my job" type of people even though it is their job for some basic things I needed from them.

    Cons

There is a severe lack of process there. For every little thing you do, you have to reinvent the wheel every single time. Meetings, meetings and more meetings. This can't totally be avoided because of the geographically dispersed offices, but half the meetings can easily be cut out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Commit to top-down initiatives to standardize processes and streamline simple things. It will save a lot of time and money.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
