I have been working at Autodesk full-time

    Pros

Great culture in San Francisco office. Talented and hardworking team members. Great benefits and supportive managers. Product team really values users in the design and development process. Constantly doing user research and usability.

    Cons

A lot of politics, re-orgs, company sometimes feels like teams working in siloes. Challenging at times to work with teams dispersed across locations/timezones.
