“Overall a good Co. to work for, but with many of the flaws of most large companies”
Current Employee – been working at Autodesk as an intern for less than a year
Pros – They go out of their way to make employees feel part of the company. There are perks, such as paid volunteer, sabbatical, and nice offices.
Cons – Rounds of layoffs during stressful economic times not unknown. Benefits could be better.
Advice to Senior Management – Build for the future. Hire for aptitude. Invest in culture. "Culture eats strategy for breakfast."
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
