“Great place to work”
Current Employee – been working at Autodesk full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Good compensation
Very high quality products and reputation
Dedicated, very intelligent employees
Executives all approachable, most are straight-shooters
Always listed on 'top places to work" surveys
Cons – Large bureaucracy with lots of divisions, departments, teams, and criss-crossing responsibilities
Company does medium to large re-orgs every couple of years
Lots of mid-level manager with not a lot of growth opportunities
Poor to non-existent HR function in terms of professional growth
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
