Former Employee - Senior Software Engineer in Singapore (Singapore)

I worked at Autodesk full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Good work culture in terms of politeness. Flexi work hours. Good leave policy. Agile.

    Cons

Management is not transparent. Business decisions are taken, and employees are reshuffled/moved out frequently. Managers tend to blame team members for failures, while taking credit for successes. Performance reviews are generally one-sided, with management reading out the final decision. Any argument or feedback goes unheard.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be transparent in your decisions, and take hits on your chin.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
