I expected a more mature company walking in. The company focuses technology instead of producing products

I worked at Autodesk as a contractor (more than an year)

    Pros

Good support system, great events, expansive product line.

    Cons

Lots of duplicated work and tasks because this company is so big. Product updates are slow and client satisfaction is low due to their business model of acquiring products rather than developing them internally from inception.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revamp the licensing cost structure. Create more and acquire less.
