Pros

It's has a great environment where people are friendly and helpful with each other, and gives plenty of flexibility with options to work from home.

Cons

There really isn't a lot of career progression in my view, unless you're up to at least middle-senior management level.

Advice to Senior Management

There are plenty of functions which can be outsourced but it is not necessarily always the best solution to employ.
