“Research and Development is a joy at Autonomy.”
Current Employee – been working at Autonomy full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The work is extremely rewarding in R&D. The technology is fantastic, and the the opportunities for a challenging career are better than at most companies.
Cons – Historical culture issues with culture are quickly evaporating.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue embracing the heart of the HP Way, invest even more in R&D and customer satisfaction. The Autonomy software portfolio has so much more potential with more customer satisfaction.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
