Current Employee - Technical Support Specialist  in  London, England (UK)
Current Employee - Technical Support Specialist in London, England (UK)

Pros

If you're young, single, life evolves around work, and you're happy to fight your colleagues and do the hours you'll be rewarded. Technology is pretty cool, and leading edge in many areas. Chance for travel. Central London office is great location, and all the marketing girls are gorgeous.
Sales People can earn literally millions. Most of the support people are young and energetic, and fantastic guys to work with.

Cons

Bullting and intimidation by management.
Almost messiah approach to company philosophy - there shall be no opion/thoughts/views/ other than the CEO. If you clone yourself into Mike (as senior management have) you will be despised but financially well rewarded.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

No need to ask staff opinions of work environment. its put up or shut up. Trust your staff and move to reward culture.

    Current Employee - Technical Specialist

    Pros

Quite simply if you are not prepared to completely dedicate yourself to this company and be prepared to work 70+ hrs a week no need to apply. If however, you are looking for a unique, challenging and hugely dynamic environment whilst prepared to make scarifices this is the place for you. Management will not communicate to you as indicated by previous threads. They simply feel they should'nt have to, and either your face fits or it does'nt. By in to the vision, work hard (and i mean hard - 100hrs a week quite possible), and obtain the trust of management , and you will be rewarded ve. If you don't like this, please don't sign on as the experience will benefit no one.

    Cons

See above. Either its of u or it is not. Absolutely no point wining or complaining. This is a hugely black and white company. No room for 9-5's.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Screen people more rigorously. Possibly someone responsible for recruitment? Getting the wrong people in such a lean and fast paced organisation. Also better QA for UI's.
