- Disapproves of CEO
“Horrible CEO and environment”
I worked at Avago Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros – Pleasant co-workers who really tried to make the company successful. Most work very hard in spite of the environment and culture.
Cons – CEO manages through fear only. No respect. Does not respond to stated concerns. Upper management fearful and do not have influence.
Advice to Senior Management – Get a new CEO and change the intimidating culture.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
